Le repas est con\u00e7u par un b\u00e9n\u00e9vole exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 qui organise et pilote une \u00e9quipe entre 2 et 6 personnes, en fonction du nombre de convives attendus. L&rsquo;engagement doit se faire sur l&rsquo;ensemble du service : en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du d\u00e9but d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 22\/23 heures. Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;\u00e9pluchage, nettoyage des l\u00e9gumes, d\u00e9coupe, aide au dressage, mise en place du service et service, d\u00e9barrassage, vaisselle (avec lave-vaisselle), nettoyage des locaux de cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ambiance est conviviale et d\u00e9tendue. Cependant, la confection de repas en nombre, avec souvent des contraintes horaires de spectacle, n\u00e9cessite une organisation sans faille. Les r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne de la cuisine doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es et n\u00e9cessitent une certaine rigueur. Vous avez une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 et vous souhaitez en faire profiter le Carrou\u00e8ge, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas ! Dans ce cas, un b\u00e9n\u00e9vole exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 sera l\u00e0 pour vous aider \u00e0 transformer la recette pour le nombre de convives attendus et organisera avec vous la production en cuisine. Une fois form\u00e9 au mat\u00e9riel et \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation, vous pourrez aussi devenir \u00ab\u00a0chef\u00a0\u00bb de cuisine pour une soir\u00e9e ou plus&#8230;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents cuisine :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Christiane<\/strong> est la r\u00e9f\u00e9rente principale.
